- causes of burnout -
• constant exposure to failure (your own, and others')
• urgency of the task
• constant vigilance/tension (ie. hyperawareness for potential situations; unresolved power struggle)
• irregular hours
• loneliness, alienation - from friends, family, church
• spiritual neglect
*CALLING... VOCATION*
If there's anything you'd rather do, go do it.
